Six-year-old Jason’s Hmong family, who live in the high mountains of northern Vietnam, were unable to provide enough food and essentials for him to survive.  When he came to Harmony House Vietnam (HHV), we are told “his feet had never worn sandals.”  His favorite food was instant noodles, and his job was to take care of the family’s cow.

Now Jason’s life is very different.  Here at HHV he is cared for, loved, provided food, clothing and shelter and is enrolled in school.  He is also learning about Jesus, in regular Bible study, prayer and church.

Jason has always loved to sing.  Even at this early age, he dreams of becoming a musician. Now he is singing many new Christian songs he has learned.

Jason is named for our dear friend Jason Stoddard who has been an amazing encouragement and a significant “combat multiplier” to Harmony’s work in the 10/40 window.

We thank God these little ones have been rescued and now have the opportunity to know the God Who made them and Who has good plans for their lives.
