Karen is a cutey whose personality is very tranquil. Her favorite toys are the ones that talk to her. She came to us on November 28, 2008, from the Urumqi orphanage in Xinjiang Province in the extreme west of China.
We don’t know why she was abandoned but possibilities include the fact that she is female, was born with special needs, or because her birth violated the One-Child policy.
She is named for Karen Lees of Fredericksburg, Texas.
We have learned Karen may have been matched with her Forever Family!
